But you won't get any security etc updates/bugfixes. 2- Build qt3 yourself. Since you are using Gentoo, you should be familiar with building/compiling stuff. This appears to be the easiest solution among others. 3- Switch to a different distro which didn't drop qt3. There are still plenty of them. 4- Port muse to qt4. This will also benefit other users. 5- Convince the developers to port to qt4 soon. Bribe might work. Alternatively you can stop using muse. But since muse is so cool this is not possible, is it?
