Hello I new to lirc. I have read the manual, but i can't compile. The Kernel is 2.4.2. I have also tried a fresh 2.4.2 and 2.2.18, but same problem. [...] creating drivers/Makefile creating drivers/lirc_serial/Makefile creating drivers/lirc_sir/Makefile creating drivers/lirc_parallel/Makefile creating drivers/lirc_i2c/Makefile creating drivers/lirc_gpio/Makefile creating drivers/lirc_dev/Makefile creating daemons/Makefile creating tools/Makefile creating doc/Makefile creating config.h You will have to use the lirc_serial kernel module. Now enter 'make' and 'make install' to compile and install the package. sound:/tmp/lirc-0.6.3# make make all-recursive make[1]: Entering directory `/tmp/lirc-0.6.3' Making all in drivers make[2]: Entering directory `/tmp/lirc-0.6.3/drivers' Making all in lirc_serial make[3]: Entering directory `/tmp/lirc-0.6.3/drivers/lirc_serial' DIR=`pwd`; (cd /usr/src/linux/; make SUBDIRS=$DIR obj-m=lirc_serial.o modules) make[4]: Entering directory `/usr/src/linux-2.4.2' make[4]: *** No rule to make target `include/linux/autoconf.h', needed by `include/config/MARKER'.
