problem compile with lirc_parallel

Right version for compile lirc_parallel module?

no sucess!!!!!!

with 2.4.2 i'm receive error "cannot find modversions.h
with 2.2.18 and other i"m receive 2pages!!! of error

lirc_serial work perfectly

can receive signal in parallel port without the frequency circuit,only
the receiver circuit?
