 It now loads the comments into the editor, applies changes  to the data
 structures (only with comments :(, but I need a break ) and dumps the new
 configuration to stdout when quiting.

 The new version is in the same place:

 NOTES:
	o To keep comments in the original lirc_* structs I allocate
	  some pointers at the end of the structures which is a total
	  hack, we can discus that then things start to settle down. 

	o The lex/yacc parser on the previous version (0.0.1) is cleaner
	  as it ignores comments, so for a fist look I would recomend that
	  and not the current code.
