I want to make a learn mode ir remoter control,which could learn from  any
other  ir remoter control,  and  complete their act.But i have a
problem,when the sender program sended the ir wave to control pasion's DVD
player. Before used pasion's DVD player, the program works OK. I want to
know whether the problem is about of ir wave carrier?
