Compro Videomate U500

Hi all,

I have a Compro Videomate U500 USB dvb-t tuner...

So far I've managed to get all the dvb related stuff all set up, but I am
unable to get the included remote to work. I've tried most stuff I can think
of, so it'd be great if someone could point me in the right direction.
