Hi, I've got similar problems with an older WinTV-PVR PCI, kernel 2.4.20, lirc-0.7pre4 Anurag, I think I got the same "no such device()" problem some days ago but that's solved now , are you sure there is a file in /dev/lirc and /dev/lircd and that the /dev/lirc is pointing to the 61,0? In my system this looks like (ls -l /dev/lirc): crw------- 1 root root 61, 0 Feb 20 23:14 /dev/lirc I've managed to load properly lirc_dev and lirc_i2c, irw doesn't take me back to the command line anymore, but still no response from the remote. Do you have any reports of a lirc working with this old card (WinTV-PVR PCI)? Any ideas to fix this? Thanks and cheers, Humberto R.
