#286 W-vowel and V-vowel need kerning

The following words have too much space between the first and second letters:
Van, Vent, Volt, Vulcan, Wagner, Wedge, Wool, Wu.
Version is actually 5.3.0 (the bug-form won't let me enter anything later than 5.0.0).
