I actually got it to work after insmod'ing atmtcp (my bad). Now I'm actually doing tests with the real adapters which seem to be working (I can see the interfaces at /proc/net/atm/devices). I was planning to test them first by connecting two PCs back-to-back, but I don't have the appropriate cable, so I guess I'll have to begin with the most difficult and configure the switch (Fore ASX-1000). Do you have any tips or general procedure I should follow to do that. All I want in the end is to have two machine communicating to each other by a switch and running TCP over ATM (probably LANE, or CLIP, I haven't really figured out the differences between these yet). Thanks.
