Anybody, I have successfully pulled down a version of the linux-atm module from the sourceforge CVS server. I am now attempting to cross compile it a PowerQuiccII using DENX's ELDK environment. So far thus I have done the following: Changed the path, such that the cross compiler is the first 'gcc' in the path. $ export PATH=/usr/local/eldk/usr/ppc-linux/bin:$PATH $ ./automake $ ./configure --host=ppc-pc-linux-gnu This compiles most of the way until I hit the /qgen directory and then I get a flood of errors related to <stdin>:93:54 pasting "}" and "fw_pcr_0" does not give a valid preprocessing token There are several errors like this but the identifiers vary. I am sure this is something with my environment setup. Does anybody have any ideas how to guide me to better setup the cross compile environment? Stats: Fedora Core 5 machine, linux i686. ELDK 3.1.2 installed in /usr/local/eldk In the past I have used a SRPMS and and SPEC file with rpmbuild and this it has compile, but what it is doing behind the scenes is a mystery to me. |
