[libopencm3-devel] Register mixup in timer_set_oc_mode()

Hi all,

in timer_set_oc_mode() (lib/stm32/common/timer_common_all.c), there 
appears to be a mixup between the TIMx_CCMR1 and TIMx_CCMR2 registers. I 
have submitted a pull request.
