As mentionned here (http://libmtp.sourceforge.net/) :

If you happen upon a device which libmtp claims it cannot autodetect, please:
Submit the vendor ID and device ID as a bug, patch or feature request on the Sourceforge bug tracker at our homepage.

Then, here is some informations. I hope they will be usefull.

The smartphone is a ACER LIQUID Z330 (http://www.acer.fr/ac/fr/FR/content/series/liquidz330)

As attached doc, please find the result of the command $sudo mtp-detect
