[mpeg2-dev] streaming vedio using libmpeg library

hi All
I am a new user for the vedio streaming.

Now I want to stream vedio file from one PC to another pc and play it(real
time playing).
but I don't know how to used this.even  I couldn't find a document or user
guide for how to used that.

please help me to success this.
Any kind of help is highly appreciated.
