Hello again and happy new year to all! Regarding this problem, Cecilio: I have included those lines and they confirm that I have correctly defined __WXMSW__ and __WXDEBUG__ ... but your "patch" does not work for me. The problem seems to be described here, but they describe many changes and I don´t know what are really applicable in our case: http://www.3dbuzz.com/vbforum/showthread.php?p=1386492#post1386492 http://www.3dbuzz.com/vbforum/showthread.php?p=1009999#post1009999 I have tried to change: Configuration Properties --> C/C++ --> Language, change "Treat wchar_t as Built-in Type" to "No" And.... it works! (at least it links ok). But now, when running I have two problems: 1) No sound 2) When I try to open a book, I get the error: "Unhandled exception at 0x66fdb4c9 in lenmus_d.exe: 0xC0000005: Access violation writing location 0xb2c5b443" font_engine_freetype_base::font_engine_freetype_base(bool flag32, unsigned max_faces) : .... { m_curves16.approximation_scale(4.0); m_curves32.approximation_scale(4.0); ---> m_last_error = FT_Init_FreeType(&m_library); if(m_last_error == 0) m_library_initialized = true; } As I told you, I do not intend use the XP environment for development, so I will concentrate my efforts in the Linux environment. See patch and comments in file app/TheApp.cpp, line 55. That patch has been working for me for several years. Could you check if any of the variables __WXMSW__ or __WXDEBUG__ are defined in your build environment? i.e, include a couple of lines in that file: // verify wxWidgets setup #if !defined(__WXMSW__) #error "wxOnAssert problem: __WXMSW__ is not defined" #endif#if !defined(__WXDEBUG__) #error "wxOnAssert problem: __WXDEBUG__ is not defined" #endif Cecilio ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ _______________________________________________ Lenmus-developers mailing list Len...@li... https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/lenmus-developers |
