#486 Crash after starting on Windows 8.1

I have been using Launchy forever, and just upgraded to 8.1 a few weeks ago. I started noticing Launchy would crash seemingly randomly. I think it was crashing prior to the upgrade. I am not sure what the problem is caused by - an app installed, a service, etc. I have not been able to determine a cause.

I am also running Start8 for Windows 8 from Stardock to restore the Start menu. That was working great with Launchy before. I also have Oracle Virtual Box, and gobs of other apps installed.
