BTW, in current mainline configure.in,

I think the comment is conflict with the option.

The problem is reported somewhere on the HA (By Gabriel, IIRC), and I
reproduced the problem on cygwin.

So I think we should remove the '-funroll-loops' from OPTIMIZATION of
gcc3.0 on i386 option.
