Hi all,

to recapitulate the current state, there are now three new find options
that are AND'ed:

* include_live      (default: 1)
* include_archived  (default: 0)
* include_trashed   (default: 0)

This way, legacy code searching for, say, stories below a certain
category will find what it found before the introduction of the archive
and trashbin.

For most searches this is probable the best we can do.  However, when
searching a story by its ID, all stories regardless to its
live/archived/trashed status will be found because in this case we know
what we are looking for. Any objections?
