I have no way to tell because I don't have debian. I looked at the build lo= g: http://people.debian.org/~lucas/logs/2007/doublebuild-09-05/failed-build-2/= kq_0.99.cvs20070319-1_sid32.buildlog It seems that the debian/rules script calls make veryclean and not make clean. We don't appear to have a veryclean target so nothing happens. On my system I have done make clean and it does get rid of those file cited= .
