#916 zimwriterfs as a Debian Package

I'd love to have zimwriterfs available in a debian package. Then I don't need to compile and build it, I can simply use it. I'd like it available to major debian-based distributions including ubuntu (perhaps as a back-port so it'll be available for older LTS releases of Ubuntu too). And finally a build that runs on Raspbian for Raspberry Pi's would be super cool, even if we have to accept a much longer runtime when processing the contents and generating the zim file.
