Thank you for telling me Tabs are exists. I haven't been aware for that.
But the request is still there, because it is somehting to do with what are you use to use in Internet browsers.
I for example don't use Tabs in Browsers, and prefer always opening in new Windows.
It's more comfortable for me, and I also can compare 2 windows side by side.
There are some rules in those browsers:
Ctrl+T
Ctrl+N
Middle click on Tab
etc.
I think it is need to be the same here... like the browsers.

I think also, Ctrl+N = Duplicate page, It's better than a new clean page.
For Example if someone wants to view 2 parts of the same page....
