First I'd like to thank everyone who's contributed to making this project possible!
I'm currently trying to install this on an a very old laptop that cannot be connected to the internet. During the installation process It tries to connect to the internet to fetch some files.
Is there a way I could download a package that has all the files needed to install KernelEx?

The requirements are Windows 98 or Windows Millennium in any language and "Microsoft Layer for Unicode MSLU":
unicows.dll (version 1.1.3790.0) 07 December 2004
It is available on www.dll-files.com.
Installation: Paste the file unicows.dll in your system folder.
Older versions don't work!

Hello KernelEx team,
I tried some applications in Win98SE with by KernelEx but new Delphi XE3 compiled exes has got problem with the GetSystemTimes.
Is there a plan to support this function?
