Booleans in K3D are, as it stands (well, last time I used them :), limited to 
the booleans executed by the rendering engine. That means the geometry in K3D 
is not affected by them. i.e. If you want to substract a cylinder from a 
cube, both objects remain in K3D as a whole, and only a render will show the 
boolean operation.
