I downloaded and compiled it on linux.
Looks cool, although there is no easy way to import/export meshes. Thats interesting project for interacting with K-3D.
Daniel: Have you found a work around for this?
Besides seems the project is abandoned.

For those who wants to test it on linux, some tips:
1-need to use g++-3.4
2-change the file
./src/Core/DataStructures/src/ObjListDbl.h line 31 insert
#define NULL 0
3- on ./src/Core/DataStructures/src/QueryGrid.h line 685
replace the function with
template<class Obj>
void QueryGrid<Obj>::getStats(int &nsingle, int &nwrap, int &ncube, int &nempty) const {
    nsingle  = m_nqsingle;
    nwrap = m_nqwrap;
    ncube = m_ncrange;
    nempty = m_ncempty;
}

That should have been a patch, but well :D
