So if you don't get any output, please send me the example scene for debugging. The attached two scenes show objects that work: - Blobby.k3d is an example based on a polygonized blobby segment - Geodesic.k3d shows the output with a GTS sphere (a bug prevented it from working, it's fixed in CVS) How you'll know something gone wrong : read the console. It'll print errors such as : "ERROR: quadrilateral_remeshing.cpp line 515: assertion `coords.size() == 3' failed ERROR: quadrilateral_remeshing.cpp line 843: assertion `preprocess_geometry(*input)' failed" which mean there are faces with more than 3 edges. Or: "ERROR: quadrilateral_remeshing.cpp line 510: assertion `current_edge->companion' failed ERROR: quadrilateral_remeshing.cpp line 843: assertion `preprocess_geometry(*input)' failed" which mean the input mesh is not a closed manifold : there are open edges. In the future, QuadrilateralRemeshing filter will have to fill holes and triangulate polygons itself before processing geometry.
