Morgan, >Well...two of my days have just been spent with much pain and suffering. Suddenly I am unable to import libraries by using the "from x import y" notation. It gives me the error: > >Import Error: cannot import name x >(Where x is the name of the library I am trying to import) > >When I just do a simple import it works fine, but can't do it with the "from" notation. This just suddenly stopped working because this notation has been fine until now. Either I broke something or Jython just broke my spirits. Hopefully it is my fault. Thanks in advance. If this fails: from x import y and this workaround is ok: import x y = x.y del x then something weird is going on. Did the python path change? Did the class path change? Did the location of the python program change? Regards, Ype -- |
