Category: Library Group: None Status: Open Resolution: None Priority: 5 Private: No Submitted By: Alan Kennedy (amak) Assigned to: Nobody/Anonymous (nobody) Summary: Sockets have no getblocking method. Initial Comment: This is a feature that is required to provide symmetry with the setblocking method. Also, it is required on jython, since sockets must be non-blocking before being passed to select, and thus may need to be examined. A bug has been reported for this on cpython. http://mail.python.org/pipermail/python-bugs-list/2005-August/029988.html A patch was submitted and later committed. ---------------------------------------------------------------------- You can respond by visiting: https://sourceforge.net/tracker/?func=detail&atid=112867&aid=1756506&group_id=12867 |
