[Jython-dev] Chinese blocked

I believe that where you've got www.jython.org located is blocking
Chinese traffic; web...@py... received a complaint about not
being able to access the site.  Might you consider moving it, possibly
asking Thomas Wouters if xs4all is willing to host it?
