Chi-chi, Did you open the command line to the directory in which you have placed the jython-21.class file, i.e., c:/jython in your case? You should then just be able to type "java jython-21" from that directory. jython-21 is the installer for jython and this should be all you need to install jython. If you're getting the "java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError" you're probably NOT in the c:/jython directory when you type the command "java jython-21". If this doesn't work, can you send back the exact error message? That would help us help you debug.
