Too easy question: none :-)  AFAIK there is no docuementation targetted 
to developers only.  One can say that users from JUnit are Java 
developers and can also contribute to the source.  Well, my experience 
is that you still have to invest some time to understand how it works 
really but it's doable (I've done it :-))

If you have questions, you can send them the the ML and you will 
normally receive answers.

And you can start writing a developer documentation if you think it's 
helpful.
