>> easier to use APIs, > I need help on that one. Please make suggestions. I am out of ideas. Indeed, it can be abstract and tricky. I'm presently making lots of great use of libJudy in a software project. But even as one of the developers of the library, and even using the macros rather than the functions, I can get confused about how exactly to manage the pointers; especially for array-of-array, etc. I'm not sure what you could do about that, it's inherently abstract passing pointers to methods/functions that might modify them, when one array's value word is a pointer to another array. I believe that in C++ with operator overloading you might be able to use libJudy more transparently, but I've never tried it. Alan Silverstein |
