#320 ISeriesNetServer.commitChanges logic is flawed

Hi,

i think that the ISeriesNetServer.commitChanges logic for changing text-converting behaviour is flawed. When enabling conversion without giving file extensions, the function will throw an exception "CPF3C36 Number of parameters, 10, entered for this API was not valid.". The use of only 2 of the optional parameters is obviously not allowed when enabling the conversion, so you have to give all 4 parameters in this case or documentate that setting the extension list is mandatory before calling commitChanges.
