I thought this was open source. I am new to this environment, but we have repeatedly tried to contact the makers of JSCH in regards to some changes that we have that made their SFTP stuff perform 8 times better for us. I even tried to call them overseas this morning. I'm having no luck. I'm not sure why they wouldn't repsond, we sent them the code and everything. This has a lot to do with their techniques for waiting for window size changes and stuff down in the weeds, the changes are very simple and super helpful. I would expect people would get very signficant gains from these changes. We have, I would rather get the changes into the baseline and not have to use a customized version of software to do this. Can anyone help me out why they won't respond, I've sent about 12 emails and called on the phone twice. Any advice? These changes will require no sleep time per say, this is where most of the performance comes from, we wait based on object state chage. If I thought I could provide the code here without getting in trouble, I would. Mannyo |
