I don't know about Tumbleweed SFTP server, but I'm interested in this problem.
I have heard that there exists a similar problem for mocana's SFTP server.
OpenSSH's sftp server has hacked the sftp protocol to receive files efficiently
and jsch has also implemented it. That problem may be related to that hack.
Anyway, we don't have such proprietary sftp servers and there is no clue to
guess what has happened.  If somebody allows me to get accesses to such
servers, I may be able to take steps to resolve that problem.
