Hello everybody, I noticed a problem when trying to connect via Jsch to a linux machine in the following scenario: Connecting machine A (OpenSSH_3.5p1, SSH protocols 1.5/2.0, OpenSSL 0x0090701f) Connected machine B (OpenSSH_3.8.1p1 Debian-8.sarge.3, OpenSSL 0.9.7d 17 Mar 2004) Using console clients is working without problem. Only when I try to connect via JSch is not possible (Auth failed). Is this a known bug, or does anybody have a workaround, idea etc. what to do? Additionally I post the log info of the sshd of the connected machine here: Dec 7 16:00:12 inxmail8 sshd[5292]: debug1: Forked child 5359. Dec 7 16:00:12 inxmail8 sshd[5359]: Connection from 213.30.253.30 port 40004 Dec 7 16:00:12 inxmail8 sshd[5359]: debug1: Client protocol version 2.0; client software version JSCH-0.1.18 Dec 7 16:00:12 inxmail8 sshd[5359]: debug1: no match: JSCH-0.1.18 Dec 7 16:00:12 inxmail8 sshd[5359]: debug1: Enabling compatibility mode for protocol 2.0 Dec 7 16:00:12 inxmail8 sshd[5359]: debug1: Local version string SSH-2.0-OpenSSH_3.8.1p1 Debian 1:3.8.1p1-8.sarge.1 Dec 7 16:00:13 inxmail8 sshd[5359]: debug1: PAM: initializing for "ziras" Dec 7 16:00:13 inxmail8 sshd[5359]: debug1: PAM: setting PAM_RHOST to "astaro.inxnet.de" Dec 7 16:00:13 inxmail8 sshd[5359]: debug1: PAM: setting PAM_TTY to "ssh" Dec 7 16:00:13 inxmail8 sshd[5359]: debug1: do_cleanup Dec 7 16:00:13 inxmail8 sshd[5359]: debug1: PAM: cleanup Any help is appreciated - thx Mark |
