Thank you for your feedback.  We will update confirmed platform
list on our web page.  By the way, Qtek S100 is based on
Windows Mobile 2003 for Pocket PC SE Phone Edition.  What kind of
J2ME CDC platform are you using there?

We have already ported ssh remote execution functionality and scp 
is based on ssh rexec.  So, you may be able to scp date from your server
to your mobile device.
