[joe] joe-3.3 release announcement on freshmeat.net?

Hi,

are there any plans to announce joe-3.3 to the "wide public", i.e. on
freshmeat.net?

I was actually hoping it would make it into the Linux distribution Fedora Core
4, which is heavily on its way.
