Speaking of colors, I have a question about "Atom Charge Coloring"

One of the options in the underlying code is for atoms to be colored
according to their charge. However, I have never seen this work. Every
molecule I have ever looked at is colored white.

Q: Are there molecules which have charges (and charge colors) associated
with them?

If not, is this code dead?
