It's a test I inadvertently left in for checking performance. Replace your JSmol.min.js with this: http://chemapps.stolaf.edu/jmol/jsmol/JSmol.min.js and you should be good to go -- or at least further. Interesting that that error is not showing up with "IE9" mode in IE10. But I see why: apparently MSIE9 doesn't include the JSON class of functions.
