Hi, I would like to make a Jmol tutorial where I ask the students to identify a chiral carbon in a molecule, by clicking on it. Depending on what they click (e.g. by checking the atom number of the clicked atom) I would like to execute different script commands, e.g. using echo to write whether they are right or wrong. But I can't figure out how to access the atom number of the atom I click, in a script, e.g. turning it into some script variable I can use. Does anyone know how to do this? Best regards, Jan Jensen |
