I would say that the following directories are not directly related to 
Jmol source :

- presentations (37 M): what about trunk/Jmol-documentation ?
- screensaver (200 K): given the small size, I am not sure it's useful
- script_documentation (97 M): what about trunk/Jmol-documentation ?


For screensaver, I created it and I don't care much if we move it.
For the other directories, I don't know
