I just have to comment, after updating the documentation, that the terms "slab" and "depth" are TOTALLY unintuitive. slab: (100-this) is the amount cut from the front depth: amount cut from the back. I know, we didn't design these. Wouldn't it make sense, though, to just define the following? slice a b where a and b are two percentages. slice 0 10 back 10% slice 90 100 front 10% slice 45 55 middle 10% slice 0 50 back half slice 50 100 front half slice 50 50 single pixel plane slice 60 40 same as 40 60 -- make it idiot-proof It seems to me it would be perfectly obvious what this does.
