#192 cheaters and hackers

when playing games against some players, private schultz and speck engine the most notorious. i think player like these are hackers. they are able to make my computer go off line and disconnect from fics in games that they are about to lose. this has happened now 3 times. 2 times with speck engine and one time with private schultz. i will never play these players agaiin . this is very imature to cheat to keep from losing. how do these bugs happen and what can be done against hacker cheaters? help anyone please?i
