the TestJNIDirectBuffers failures were caused by Address.loadByte being
unsigned (but returning a byte?). This is fixed in r13666. Unfortunately
this adds a useless extsb when doing VM_Memory array copies using
baseline only compiled code. But no one should be doing this in
performance critical code of course :-)
