Tobias, Thanx for your interest in JGAP. The class org.jgap.impl.CrossoverOperator does a one-point crossover. It should be quite easy modifying it to perform a two-point crossover. There is no stochastic universal sampling selection operator with JGAP. If you plan to implement such I am happy assisting you.
