Hi,=0A=0AJust this afternoon, I was copying some files between an NTFS exte= rnal USB drive to a JFS eSATA drive and something caused the kernel to pani= c and crash.=0A=0ANow when I try to mount or fsck my JFS drive I get the fo= llowing:=0A=0Asgreszcz@247:/$ sudo fsck.jfs /dev/sdb=0Afsck.jfs version 1.1= .11, 05-Jun-2006=0Aprocessing started: 3/17/2007 21.10.46=0AUsing default p= arameter: -p=0AThe current device is: /dev/sdb=0A=0AThe superblock does no= t describe a correct jfs file system.=0A=0AIf device /dev/sdb is valid and = contains a jfs file system,=0Athen both the primary and secondary superbloc= ks are corrupt=0Aand cannot be repaired, and fsck cannot continue.=0A=0AOth= erwise, make sure the entered device /dev/sdb is correct.=0A=0AI have since= attached the drive to a Windows XP machine and can see that a commerical p= rogram called "Nucleus-Kernel-JFS-Demo" can read the partition, but I'd rat= her not pay $359 if I can avoid it.=0A=0AI tried to download jfsrec from SV= N and compile it, but I get the following problems with the ./configure:=0A= =0A"Error, boost/progress.hpp header is missing!"=0A=0AHow do I get around = this?
