#270 DirectionExtractingGradientPaintTransformer

A new GradientPaintTransformer that, in contrast to the StandardGradientPaintTransformer, selects the start and end points of the returned GradientPaint based on the start and end points of the original GradientPaint.
It is thus possible to use GradientPaints with a series-specific orientation to fill e. g. the bars of a bar chart using a single pair of start/end colors.

I've renamed this DirectionalGradientPaintTransformer (still long!) and committed it for inclusion in the 1.0.17 release (I put it in JFreeChart rather than JCommon).
