#197 Better Pie Label Layout

This subclass of PieLabelDistributor uses a new distribution method "spreadEvenlyTight()" as the default distribution to try for better label layout and avoid/minimize overlapping of label links.

Especially for pie charts with values sorted by size (percentages), the smallest pies are crowded at one place. To get the best result, rotate the pie by -90 or 90 degrees and use this custom PieLabelDistributor to have the label link lines seperated from each other.
