Hello.

Current jcommon-logger build is "jcommon-logging-1.0.2.tar.gz", but this one does not include latest commits from taqua.

Example:

-/jcommon-logger/source/org/jfree/logger/log4j/Log4JLogTarget.java .

( not that we can't build ourselfs, but hey, official working builds are always better ).
