#294 bar chart control

first i want express how great jfreechart is ... i
really like it.

if possible:

bar chart:
- control of bar thickness
- control of bar length (api functions for length didnt
work for me)
- bar description in more lines (much description with
not very large chart(width,height) cuts pieces from the
description
