#1020 MatrixSeries dimensions

As for now, the MatrixSeries can hold n x n matrices. But in the documentation that is not the described case. I did a few caculations on the "itemIndex" and found that the simple solution provided within the current class*, is not viable for n x m matrices. Therefore, without deeper knowledge of its usa cases, I propose that the documentation should describe the limitations of this class.
